Hello! God bless you! How I can help?
Sinner saved by grace -- grateful husband with an incredible wife -- devoted father of three incredible gifts from the Lord -- servant leader devoted to the mission.
About

I pray... "that the Lord your God may show us the way we should go, and the thing that we should do." -- Jer 42:3

Why am I here?

I am here to help! The Lord saved me and sent me on a mission to help! Its through His salvation and grace that I am able to help.

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes..." -- Rom 1:16

How can I help?

First and foremost, my mission is to lead my family. This requires that I invest in my relationship with Jesus, so that I am able to put my personal desires aside and do what is best in the eyes of the Lord for my wife and children. Outside of that, I know the Lord brought our paths together for a reason. Let's connect and see why!

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil." -- Prov 3.5-7

OK, now what?

That's where I am not sure, but I have faith that the Lord will help us figure that out. Let me know how I can help!

"Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." -- Heb 11:1

Maybe I can help with these areas...

  • Leadership -- thankful and humbled for any opportunity I'm called to take on, always learning, always growing, always happy to share
  • Men's discipleship -- always learning, always growing, always happy to share
  • Children's mentoring -- always learning, always growing, always happy to share
  • Management -- always learning, always growing, always happy to share
  • Woodworking -- hobby level
  • Soccer -- wish I was an expert level, but can't get enough futbol
  • Computer assistance-- virus protection, family safety and filtering, setup, networking, internet and troubleshooting - all fairly expert level, but again always learning and growing, and of course, happy to share

Leadership Style

A servant leader—serves the mission and leads by serving those on mission with him…Mission is everything for the servant leader. The mission that God or someone in authority entrusts to the leader is the focus of every decision and action. True servant leadership begins when the leader humbles himself to carry out the mission entrusted to him rather than his personal agenda.” --Wilkes, Gene. Jesus on Leadership: Timeless Wisdom on Servant Leadership

My style of leadership is one of service and passion. Through serving others, we learn the humility and integrity we need to be effective and compassionate as leaders. Serving builds deep bonds, earns respect, and helps to build unified teams. Passion is the driver for service. I am passionate about the growth and success of my employees. Removing all obstacles that prevent them from having an exciting and fulfilling career is a challenge I own every day I step in the office. My prayer is that each person I serve understands my desire to see them succeed and my passion to ensure it happens.

Communication Style

  • First make sure we understand each other – I might repeat what you said to make sure I heard you right
  • Let’s make sure we come to a decision and a plan – no need to waste time
  • Love to mediate and find a bridge between others – “Can’t we all just get along?”
  • Can I get an example of what you are talking about?
  • Sometimes I am a little too wordy…my bad!

Favorite Career Advice I've Learned

  • Don’t reinvent the wheel, unless necessary – learn from the great work done by others to ensure you get to the solution in the most efficient manner…but don’t repeat the mistakes of the past
  • Let others win – you don’t always have to win, sometimes you win by losing
  • There are smart people around you, find them and collaborate, you are not alone
  • Never burn a bridge – you never know when you might need to cross it again
  • Be solution oriented – Let’s define the issue AND define how can we overcome it.
  • Recognize change is constant – Let’s embrace it and look forward to it…can we see far enough ahead to anticipate and plan for it?

Clifton Strengths

  • Communication – The key to success
  • Belief – Without God I am nothing and have nothing...everything is a gift
  • Individualization – We are each uniquely gifted and fearfully and wonderfully made
  • Strategic – Figure it out…knock it out
  • Relator – I love being around all my peoples
